Frequently asked questions

Do the fees include printing and postage?

No: they cover design, the address file and tracking. Printing, mailing preparation and postage are added in the same quote, at our mailing rates, from 200 items.

How many rounds of changes are included?

Two rounds on the chosen proposal, in every package. Beyond that, €15 excl. VAT per round. You then approve the proof online.

Do you work with my own address file?

Yes, only: we neither sell nor rent files. We check or clean yours depending on the package chosen.

Can you send to addresses outside France?

Campaigns are deposited with La Poste in France. Mail to other countries is possible on request: write to us with your destinations.
