Privacy policy

This page explains how Oficio Ltd handles personal data collected through oficio.ltd.

Data we collect on this site

The www.oficio.ltd website presents the group and hosts the services linked to your orders: customer account, online quote acceptance, proofs, file upload and payment. We process the data these services need: name and business contact details, billing and delivery addresses, quote and order history, the files you send us, and time-stamped approvals (acceptance of a quote, approval of a proof) with the associated IP address, kept as evidence. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) are kept for security purposes. Card payments are handled by our payment provider: we do not store any card data.

This processing is based on the performance of your order and on our legal obligations. Accounting and invoicing records are kept for the statutory period (10 years); order files follow the rule set out below.

Email contacts

If you write to one of our email addresses (contact@oficio.ltd, info@oficio.ltd, support@oficio.ltd, billing@oficio.ltd), the data you provide is processed by Oficio Ltd or Oficio France SASU for the purpose of replying to your request and is kept for the duration required by applicable law.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact contact@oficio.ltd.

Order files

Files you send us for an order through your customer area (print files, proofs and, where relevant, personal data files) are kept on our secure servers for 3 years after your last order to make reprints easy, unless you ask us to delete them, which we then do without delay. Large files (over 20 MB) are usually deleted a few weeks after delivery. Proof files are deleted 30 days after your approval; the record of your approval is kept.

Data on our brand sites

Each of our brand sites (Print and Web, Multi-Pages, Impression Cartes, Print Cloud, Mailing Postal, Luma Cards) has its own privacy policy. Please refer to the policy of the site concerned.
